PC Launch Date Set for Horizon Forbidden West
Sony has announced the release of Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition for PC on March 21, which will come bundled with the Burning Shores expansion and additional features.
In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony detailed the enhancements for the PC version. These improvements include unrestricted framerates and customizable graphics options. The game is compatible with NVIDIA DLSS 3 for upscaling and frame generation, and incorporates other performance-boosting technologies like AMD FSR and Intel XeSS. For those with advanced hardware, NVIDIA DLAA is available for superior image quality.
The PC version boasts ultra-wide support, accommodating gameplay in 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9 aspect ratios. While the PS5 DualSense controller’s haptic feedback is usable, players have the option of mouse and keyboard controls. Additionally, this version offers Steam Input support for control remapping and customization.
PlayStation plans to release the system requirements and specifications for Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition in the coming weeks.
