Call of Duty system requirements

Before buying Call of Duty for PC don’t forget to compare system requirements, provided by game developers, with your system configuration. Usually, minimum system requirements mean the configuration, that will allow game to start and normally work on the minimum quality settings. If your PC reaches the recommended requirements, you can have a stable gameplay with high quality settings. If you like to play on ultra settings, you must have hardware better, then specified by developers in recommended system requirements.

System requirements:

  • Windows 98/ME/2000/XP;
  • DirectX 9.0b (shipped on disk with game);
  • Pentium III 600 MHz or Athlon 600 MHz for computers, working under OS Windows 98/ME;
  • Pentium III 700 MHz or Athlon 700 MHz for computers, working under OS Windows 2000/XP;
  • 128 MB random access memory;
  • 100% compatible with DirectX 9.0b graphics card with RAM 32 MB and hardware support of T&L;
  • Drive CD-ROM 8х;
  • 1,8 GB free space on hard disk drive for computers, working under OS Windows 98/ME;
  • 2 GB free space on hard disk drive for computers, working under OS Windows 2000/XP;

Aside from comparing your PC configuration with Call of Duty system requirements don’t forget to always have updated video drivers. You must always download only the latest versions of stable drivers – try not to use beta versions, because they might have some bug, not yet found and solved by developers.
