Before buying Dead Space for PC don’t forget to compare system requirements, provided by game developers, with your system configuration. Minimum system requirements:

  • Windows XP/Vista;
  • CPU Pentium 4 3.2 GHz, Pentium D 2.66 GHz, AMD Athlon 64 3500+;
  • RAM (memory) 1 GB;
  • Videocard family NVidia 6800 or ATI X1650 or higher with support of shader model 3.0 and 256 MB memory;
  • Last version DirectX 9.0c;
  • 7,5 GB free space on hard disk drive.

Recommended system requirements:

  • Windows XP/Vista;
  • CPU Pentium Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD 64 X2 5200+, AMD Phenom or higher;
  • RAM (memory) 2 GB;
  • Videocard NVidia 8600 GTS or higher, ATI X1900 or higher with 512 MB memory;
  • Last version DirectX 9.0c;
  • 7,5 GB free space on hard disk drive.

Aside from comparing your PC configuration with Dead Space system requirements don’t forget to always have updated video drivers. You must always download only the latest versions of stable drivers – try not to use beta versions, because they might have some bug, not yet found and solved by developers.
