Action RTS The Valiant Set to Conquer PS5 and Xbox Series X|S

THQ Nordic has announced the upcoming release of The Valiant for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. This action RTS with RPG elements takes players on a journey through 13th Century Europe and the Middle East. Unlike traditional RTS games, The Valiant focuses on tactical combat and skirmishes rather than base building.

The Valiant offers a fresh experience in the genre, according to THQ Nordic. With six hero squads, each with three unique skill trees, players can customize their forces to suit their playstyle. The game features a story-driven campaign with 15 single-player missions, as well as a range of weapons and tools to equip your squads.

In multiplayer, The Valiant offers both cooperative and competitive modes. In the Last Man Standing mode, up to three players can join forces to fend off waves of enemies and bosses. The PvP mode allows for 1v1 or 2v2 battles, with players fighting to capture points and strengthen their forces. Progression and customization options are available, allowing players to level up their heroes and unlock various cosmetic upgrades.

The Valiant was initially released for PC last year.
