Alan Wake 2's Next Expansion Arrives This October

Following the genre-bending Night Springs expansion released in June, Alan Wake 2’s second expansion, The Lake House, was revealed during the September 2024 State of Play, set for an October launch without an exact date.

Night Springs focused on a Federal Bureau of Control research center that fell into chaos, leaving fans with unanswered mysteries. The new trailer hints that The Lake House could be the darkest chapter yet, fitting for its pre-Halloween timing, and features the voice of Saga Anderson, suggesting a return as the second protagonist.

Both expansions are available only as a bundle with the Deluxe Edition or its upgrade for existing players.
