At Gamescom's Opening Night Live, Activision unveiled a fresh trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. The trailer centers on the game's initial mission, "Operation 627," part of the Campaign mode. In this mission, players undertake a nighttime assault on Verdansk prison, relying on night vision goggles. Their primary objective is to secure a drop zone for support paratroopers, setting the stage for an explosive firefight.

Mark your calendars for November 10th when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III officially launches this year. But before that, get ready for the multiplayer beta starting on October 6th, exclusively on PlayStation. Crossplay will kick in on October 12th.
