First-Look: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 – A Turn-Based RPG with a Dark Mission

Kepler Interactive and Sandfall Interactive have released a 7-minute first-look gameplay video for their turn-based RPG Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

In the game, players lead a team on a perilous mission to stop the mysterious "Paintress" from ever painting death again. Set in a breathtaking world inspired by France's Belle Époque, the game blends traditional turn-based combat with real-time mechanics, making battles more dynamic. Players can customize their team members and create powerful builds through strategic combinations of gear, abilities, and synergies. Alongside characters like Gustave and Maelle, they embark on a desperate journey to break the Paintress's deadly cycle and save the world from her dark power.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is set for release in 2025.
