FromSoftware has confirmed that an upcoming DLC expansion for Elden Ring, called Shadow of the Erdtree, is currently being developed. However, no release date has been announced yet.

The announcement was made through a tweet from the official Elden Ring and FromSoftware Twitter pages, along with new artwork for the expansion. This news follows Elden Ring's one year anniversary, where it received numerous game of the year awards and has sold over 20 million copies.
