Frostpunk 2 Set for July 25 Launch with Early Game Pass Access

11 Bit Studios has announced Frostpunk 2 will release on July 25 for PC, featuring day-one availability on Game Pass for PC. This real-time strategy sequel, challenging players with severe global cooling and societal unrest, offers a seven-day beta in April for digital deluxe edition preorders.

The studio has also detailed post-launch content, including three DLCs bundled in the digital deluxe edition, which also contains the base game, a digital novella, artbook, soundtrack, and early access to story mode three days before release.

Frostpunk 2, set in a frigid world on the brink of humanity’s extinction, continues the original's legacy, urging players to manage and expand their last city amidst internal conflicts and tough choices.

The game introduces new factions like the Icebloods and Technocrats, adding depth to the political struggles as you strive to maintain control. While initially launching for PC, Frostpunk 2 will also arrive on consoles and Xbox Game Pass at a later date.
