Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster Officially Announced

Sony has officially announced Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, unveiling the project during today's State of Play event. The remaster is set to launch on October 31 on PC and PS5.

This updated version will feature 10 hours of re-recorded dialogue, along with significant visual enhancements. Players who already own the PS4 version of the game will have the option to upgrade to the remaster for $9.99.

The decision to remaster has sparked some debate among fans, especially since Horizon Zero Dawn received a 2021 update allowing it to run at 4K 60 FPS on the PlayStation 5. However, with over 24 million copies sold since its original launch, making it one of the best-selling PlayStation games, there's a sizable audience eager for this upgraded experience.
