Killing Floor 3 Announcement at gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live

During gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live, Killing Floor 3 was revealed with an exciting trailer. Tripwire Interactive, the developer behind the series, is working on this new installment, which is set to release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.

Killing Floor 3 is set in a dystopian 2091, where the Horzine mega-corporation has created an army of bioengineered monsters called "zed." The last hope against this menace lies with the Nightfall group, a band of rebel fighters. Players will control one of these rebels and team up with up to five others to battle the zeds, earn money, gain new skills, and customize their weapons. The game will introduce new challenges, including fresh enemies, weapons, maps, and a cooperative mode called "Horde Mode Z."

Since the game is still in early development, no release date has been confirmed.
