Kojima Productions Releases Death Stranding on Xbox Series X|S with Director’s Cut
In a surprise announcement, Kojima Productions has released Death Stranding on Xbox Series X|S. Originally launched five years ago on PS4, this was Hideo Kojima’s first game after leaving Konami and has since been ported to PC and iOS. To celebrate the Xbox release, publisher 505 Games is offering a 50% discount.

This Director’s Cut edition features improved graphics, gameplay changes, and new content. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, the story follows Sam Porter Bridges as he reconnects fragmented U.S. cities. The star-studded cast includes Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, and Mads Mikkelsen.
