PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for October 2023
The official lineup of free PlayStation Plus Essential games for October 2023 has been officially revealed. Players will get their hands on The Callisto Protocol, Weird West, and Farming Simulator 22. Gamers will be able to access these games starting from October 3. As usual, all three games will be available to PS Plus subscribers across the Essential, Extra, and Premium subscription levels.
The Callisto Protocol (PS5, PS4)
The Callisto Protocol is a single-player survival horror game set in the year 2320 on the frozen moon of Jupiter, Callisto, which houses a prison facility. Harsh environmental conditions make it nearly impossible to survive outside, and the security system is highly reliable with multiple levels of protection. However, one day, something horrifying starts happening within the prison—real monsters, seemingly from nowhere, begin hunting the inmates. The protagonist, Jacob Lee, must find a way to escape before these nightmarish creatures reach him.
Weird West (PS5, PS4)
Explore a dark fantasy world of the Wild West, where marshals and gunslingers share the frontier with fantastical creatures. In this game, each adventure is unique and depends on the actions you take. Form a posse or venture out alone into the mysterious expanses of the Weird West, making each legend your own.
Farming Simulator 22 (PS5, PS4)
Farming Simulator 22 is the latest installment in the farming simulator series, featuring approximately 400 pieces of machinery from over a hundred real brands, new agricultural crops, and a dynamic seasonal system. Additionally, the game offers improved optimization, advanced artificial intelligence, and user-generated mod support.
