Prison Architect 2 Faces Another Delay

Prison Architect 2, initially set for a March release and later postponed to May, has been delayed again to September 3.

Paradox Interactive, the game's publisher, encountered significant technical issues during recent stability tests, particularly on lower-spec PCs. The problems stemmed from the game’s memory usage, prompting a focus on optimization. Although these improvements caused additional complications like crashes, progress has been made. Despite having a certified version ready for all platforms, Paradox aims to ensure the game launches in optimal condition, thus the further delay.

Prison Architect 2 will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
