Remedy Announces Release Date Shift for Alan Wake 2

Remedy has announced a delay in the release of the highly anticipated game, Alan Wake 2. Originally scheduled for October 17, the project's launch will now take place on October 27. In their official statement, the developers explained, "October is an amazing month for game launches and we hope this date shift gives more space for everyone to enjoy their favorite games."

It's worth remembering that in Alan Wake 2, players will take on the roles of two protagonists – writer Alan Wake and FBI profiler Saga Anderson. They find themselves in different realities but are interconnected by an invisible thread of fate. The echoes of one story reverberate in the other. Through the thin boundary between nightmare and reality, they discover a way to reach each other, finding support and hope even in the darkest moments.

Alan Wake 2 will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series.
