South of Midnight Showcases Gameplay at Xbox Showcase

Compulsion Games, known for their work on Contrast and We Happy Few, provided a thrilling first look at gameplay for their upcoming title, South of Midnight, during the recent Xbox Showcase. This new game, set in the American South, promises an action-packed experience with its stunning visuals and dynamic environment.

The gameplay reveal highlighted fluid combo-based action and a fast traversal system that allows players to swiftly navigate through the game's rich, autumnal world. The seamless integration between gameplay and cinematics suggests a polished visual narrative that players can look forward to.

Although South of Midnight does not yet have a specific release date, it is expected to launch next year, in 2025, on PC and Xbox platforms.
