Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster Drops This February
Nightdive Studios, in collaboration with Lucasfilm, are set to release the Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster on February 28 - exactly 29 years after debut original version in 1995.
The remastered game centers around Kyle Katarn, a mercenary aligned with the Rebel Alliance's undercover team. His mission? Challenge the Empire and unravel the mystery of their concealed Dark Trooper initiative. It's a groundbreaking game, holding the distinction of being Star Wars inaugural first-person-shooter.
Gamers can expect impeccable graphics in this remaster, with support for 4K resolution and 120FPS across PCs and most consoles, barring the Nintendo Switch. The game integrates modern gaming attributes, such as vibration feedback and motion controls. Moreover, players on PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam can vie for trophies and achievements.
Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster will be on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
