Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin Introduces Modernized RTS Gameplay

During the Warhammer Skulls showcase, Frontier Developments announced Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin. This upcoming game is a modernized version of the classic real-time strategy. Developed in partnership with Games Workshop, Realms of Ruin will be available on Windows PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X in the near future.

The game's setting is the Realm of Ghur, also known as the Realm of Beasts, which emerged after the end of the Warhammer Fantasy Battle tabletop wargame setting in 2015. The Realm of Ghur is described as a wild and savage plane of existence. Frontier has planned four factions for the game, with the Stormcast Eternals and the Orruk Kruleboyz being the only two factions revealed so far.
