Xbox and Bethesda Confirmed for gamescom 2023

Xbox and Bethesda have confirmed their presence at gamescom 2023 in August, with both companies set to be on the showfloor. However, no official statements have been made by either Xbox or Bethesda regarding what can be expected at the event. Joining them at the show will be Nintendo, making a return after a four-year absence. In contrast, Sony has decided to skip gamescom 2023 entirely.

Last year, in 2022, Microsoft had a physical presence at the German show and provided updates on previously announced games, which were initially revealed during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase in June 2022.

As for this year's event, it remains unclear whether there will be a showcase event or if the main focus will be on attendees. Hopefully, Xbox and Bethesda will release specific details closer to the main event.

Gamescom 2023 is scheduled to take place from August 23 to 27, with Opening Night Live returning on Tuesday, August 22.
