July 18, 2023 by Alex Novichenko

Earlier, it was announced that Xbox Live Gold, along with the monthly Xbox Games with Gold lineup, will be replaced by Xbox Game Pass Core. This means that instead of monthly additions of new games, players will have access to a carefully curated collection of "over 25 games in a new offering for gamers around the world."

The subscription will cost $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year and will include games such as Gears 5, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, Grounded, Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, and more, as stated in the press release. While the full list of 25 games has not been announced yet, here are the confirmed titles that will be available after the launch of the new Xbox Live Gold replacement on September 1:

  • Among Us
  • Descenders
  • Dishonored 2
  • Doom Eternal
