NetherRealm Unveils Exciting Additions to Mortal Kombat 1 Roster at EVO 2023

During EVO 2023, the company NetherRealm announced the inclusion of characters such as Reptile, Ashrah, and Havik in the roster for Mortal Kombat 1, as well as a new Kameo character named Sareena.

Reptile, also known as Syzoth, first appeared as a hidden character in the original Mortal Kombat game, while Ashrah and Havik made their debuts in Mortal Kombat: Deception. The Kameo character Sareena made her initial appearance in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero and later became a playable character in Mortal Kombat: Tournament.

The release of Mortal Kombat 1 is scheduled for September 19, 2023.
